Thank you for visiting the CAP site of the North Kawartha Public Library.
The Community Access Program, otherwise known as CAP, is a Government of Canada initiative, administered by Industry Canada, that aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively.
We provide FREE internet access, as well as faxing, printing, scanning etc. for a minimal fee. Training is available. Please call for an appointment.

This includes Word, Excel and Publisher. Internet plug-ins are available for those wishing to bring in their own laptops. Wireless service is available outside the Library ONLY when we are closed. You can access Ancestry.com and Service Ontario from our computers as well. You must have a current North Kawartha Library card in order to access the internet.
